I also loved that commercial. Big Cry. I don’t have cable. I was at my sisters house a few weeks ago and the kids were watching a children’s network and I was appalled at the commercials. My kids were begging me for the crap they were seeing and it reminded me of why I am so happy without cable. GAH! I don’t want bath water that turns into goop then turns back into bath water! I just DON’T!

I thought about this too, but they also showed mom feeding her kids, bandaging feet, driving to practice etc. The reality is that we DO actually wash dishes and tackle mountains of laundry. As much as we don’t want to be reminded.

I like the video, but I was sad that there were no dads (or
at least they were absolutely not in focus). And why are the mom’s doing stereotypical mommy things such as cleaning, washing (which fits with the sponsor I guess) The video is very moving though.

Wow Jules. That was amazing. I cried AND had goosebumps. I will watch this again with T (as soon as his homework is done). Thank you for sharing. [and did you notice not one of those moms was applying anti-wrinkle cream? That made this even better. ]
