In follow-on from Dani’s post, I’ll list out the books that I can remember reading in 2012. I love looking at what books other people are reading, so I thought you might enjoy it too. While Dani was able to keep her list accurate by using GoodReads through the year, I wasn’t able to get into the habit of using it so I have to rely on memory. (There’s always next year, right? I really do like the GoodReads site — you can find me here on it: www.goodreads.com/coffeewithJulie — if you use it too.) Please note that this does not include self-help, parenting, and business books because then you’d know all my secrets! 😉

Can’t wait to read yours too!
I’m so pleased you posted Julie! Hmmm, I have never head of Gillian Flynn. Clearly worth checking out? I wanted to read Scott Stratten’s book and the Bloggess’s as well. Thanks for the reminders! Keep going with the Janet Evanovich books – they get better as they go along. I think I’ve read most of the Stephanie Plum ones.
Wow! I just googled Gillian Flynn and the review by Stephen King on this page (http://gillian-flynn.com/sharp-objects/) shot this from “request from the library” to “buy on Kindle ASAP!” Thanks!!
The book is sooooo creepy! The King recommendation is TRUTH!
I love book posts!
I read 50 this year! I set up a books tab on my blog to keep track!!! I love having a few words on each novel to consult when I draw a blank. Most of the time I remember my impression of a book (good, bad, boring, etc…) A little extra detail jogs my memory.
I never thought of setting up a goodreads account – I am on the site frequently…but…duh!
honestly, why do I read so much if I am just going to forget half of it? Worst memory ever!
I saw that on your site … the 50 books! That is just amazing!! (and you totally *must* start using GoodReads!)
